Liqueur de melon

The sweet taste of the Paceco Melon, grown under the sun of Sicily, is preserved in this low alcohol drink, traditionally produced by infusing the melon at its best ripening moment. It takes two weeks to the alcohol and water solution to penetrate the melon and grab its essence out. The quality of this product by Simonte Francesca organic farm is also witnessed by the Slow Food Presidium qualification in order to preserve this particular melon variety.
