Named after the island where its grape is grown, this Pantelleria whine wine was born thanks to an intuition. It was Marco de Bartoli the one able to imagine a different way to process the traditional sweet grape grown in that area, in fact, he saw the possibility to vinificate the grape usually destined to the Zibibbo production, a milestone in Sicilian tradition. His intuition led to the production of a white wine, mineral and full of aromas combined in a dense and structured mix fruit of six months of quiescence in steel casks.
