The Cuddrireddi are typical Sicilian biscuits made in Delia (Caltanisetta). Prepared for the Carnival celebrations, it is said that their crown shape is dedicated to the "castellane" who lived in the fortress overlooking the village of Delia. They are an excellent variant of biscuits for breakfast or snack time.
