Bluefin tuna Tarantello – From Mediterranean sea

Tuna Tarantello is the most precious part of the ventresca, the final part of the fish’s belly. It is a small area taken from the largest and most adult bluefin tuna. The consistency is softer than the fillet, but without being fatty in the mouth. Tarantello is processed by hand, using techniques handed down from generation to generation, and preserved in olive oil, which enhances its savoury taste and makes it more tasty and appetising.
