The lemon sea salt flower is presented in a reusable glass jar with a cork cap, respecting the environment and ensuring the freshness of the product.

Sosalt

Sosalt is a historic company with roots dating back to 1922 when a group of Trapani entrepreneurs, tied to the salt economy, founded Sies (Italian Salt Export Company). In 1989, Sosalt was founded with the aim of marketing the produced salt. In 1997, Sosalt and Sies merged, giving birth to the current Sosalt SPA. Since then, the company has always aimed to optimize the cultivation and collection of salt, preserving the natural ecosystem. Thanks to its salt pans extending over about 800 hectares, Sosalt is able to guarantee a production potential of about 100,000 tons of salt.
