Monte Polizo – A bitter that tastes of history

Monte Polizo Amaro is produced according to an ancient recipe, using a blend of 30 herbs and spices from around the world. Among the main ingredients, six contribute to creating the unique flavor typical of our amaro: vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, clary sage, sweet orange, and peppermint. The recipe has remained the same over the years, with a perfect balance between sweet oranges from Sicily, bitter oranges from Curaçao, star anise, and cardamom. The extracts obtained are then mixed with alcohol, water, sugar, natural flavors, and caramel e150d.

Monte Polizo is produced on the hills of the promontory from which it takes its name, a place where precious essences grow that benefit from an ideal climate and temperature. This context favors the development of those aromas and health virtues that contribute to the success of this Amaro.
