The tomatoes used for this product are exclusively harvested in South-Eastern Sicily. They go through a natural sun-drying process, with just the addition of salt, which preserves and enhances their sweet and flavoursome taste. Once dried, the tomatoes are seasoned with organic basil and preserved in Nocellara variety extra virgin olive oil, produced by Frantoi Cutrera.

The texture of the tomato is both crunchy and fleshy, with the dark red colour typical of sun-dried tomatoes. Rich in minerals like zinc, copper, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as vitamins from the A and B groups, the Segreti di Sicilia’s Sun-Dried Tomato is a true nutritional treasure.
