Grappa is obtained from the pomace of dried Zibibbo grapes. Elegant and refined, this grappa shows a golden aspect and the scent of raisins and fruit, matured for 4 – 6 months in small oak barrels. Its taste appears to be immediately enveloping, giving sweet notes that recall the taste of the best Sicilian honey.
Although it can be enjoyed at any time without losing its value, this grappa is to be used mainly at the end of a meal, in pleasant company of dried fruit, chocolate or cream-based desserts. Recommended to be served at a temperature between 12 and 16 degrees. Alcohol content of 42% vol.
