Montenero panettone 70°- Dark dough, chocolate and cocoa dough with lemon essence

The Montenero panettone is distinguished by its composition of high-quality ingredients, including wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, cocoa paste with Sicilian chocolate, natural yeast, Sicilian honey, emulsifiers, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla, natural flavouring and essential lemon oil. The panettone weighs 700 grams and is packaged in an elegant package, celebrating Fiasconaro’s 70th anniversary, with a special gift: an icing sugar sprinkle. The peculiarity of this product is its natural leavening, a process that lasts 36 hours and starts from the ‘mother’, giving the panettone an incomparable lightness and fragrance.


Pasticceria Artigianale Fiasconaro, based in Castelbuono in Sicily, was founded in the 1950s. Today it is run by brothers Fausto, Martino and Nicola. Starting from a small artisan workshop, Fiasconaro has become one of the icons of Sicilian haute patisserie, known and appreciated internationally. Their products range from panettone to Easter doves, from nougat to almond cubaita, to pistachio creams and Madonie manna. Fiasconaro’s success is based on the use of excellent raw materials, the craftsmanship of the products, and the high quality of the final products, maintaining a strong link with tradition while expanding as a modern company in the global market.
