Easter dove cake with grains of Modica chocolate both inside and on the cover with wild strawberry puree and with Modica chocolate cream for spreading, handmade. Ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from Sicilian production. A slow and gradual leavening, which naturally takes 36 hours, guarantees the quality and fragrance of the baked goods, in full respect of the Madonie confectionery traditions.
