Artisanal baked cake covered with icing. Exclusively chosen and selected ingredients from the island’s production, such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey and hazelnuts, stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavours and fragrances. A slow and gradual leavening, which naturally takes thirty-six hours, guarantees the quality and fragrance of the baked goods, in full respect of Madonie confectionery traditions.
