This panettone features a soft dough with the addition of Sicilian hazelnuts and enriched with an almond glaze. Manna, a sweet and aromatic resin typical of the Madonie Mountains, is used both in the dough and in the spreadable cream included, offering a unique and delicate taste. Fiasconaro artisan confectionery, founded in the 1950s in Castelbuono, Sicily, is run by brothers Fausto, Martino and Nicola Fiasconaro.
