Panettone: Wheat flour, butter, almond glaze (11%)(egg white from fresh eggs from free-range hens, sugar, rice flour, almond flour, modified starch, hazelnut paste, flavourings), sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens, Sicilian hazelnuts (Corylus Avellana)(4%), yolk from fresh eggs of free-range hens, natural yeast (wheat flour, water, yeast), granulated sugar (3%), manna paste (2%)(glucose-fructose syrup, purified manna powder (25%)(emulsifier: mannitol, manna (30%)), flavours), Sicilian honey, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts, soya and lupin.

Manna cream: Vegetable oils (sunflower, safflower), cocoa butter, mannitol powder with manna (13.5%) (emulsifier: mannitol, manna (30%)), emulsifier: maltitol, white cane sugar, vegetable fibre: inulin, skimmed milk powder, hazelnuts from Sicily (Corylus avellana), cocoa beans in grains (4%), milk protein, low-fat cocoa powder, safflower extract powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavours.
