Integer is a dry white wine with an ancient, rustic and traditional flavour, made from old saplings on the island of Pantelleria, vinified on the skins in oak vats and terracotta amphorae and matured for 10 months in oak barrels. Aromas of dried fruit, very ripe yellow fruit, nuts and oxidative notes emerge from a taste of vibrant, mineral and savoury freshness.
