Avola Almond cream – Organic, artisanal, gluten free
The Almond of Avola is an exceptional product grown in the Syracuse territory, from which it takes its name. It blossoms in winter, in those areas affected by the salty air at low altitude. Harvested in summer, the almond contains all the scent of the most authentic Sicily, which Melauro transfers in purity to its cream.
Melauro’s Almond Cream contains as much as 60% almonds throughout its composition, and combines these with only brown sugar and cocoa butter. Purity and taste come together for an exceptional and delicious result. The Almond Cream D’avola is suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant, gluten-intolerant or soya-intolerant. It is also certified organic and suitable for a vegan diet.
