Isabel – Organic, from Ansonica
Isabel grappa is produced through a careful process of alcoholic fermentation and artisan distillation. The fermentation takes place under vacuum in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, immediately followed by distillation. The latter is carried out in a discontinuous system with eight copper stills, using direct steam. A careful cut of the heads and tails allows for the creation of a grappa with a distinct personality, which evolves day by day during its conservation. The grappa presents itself as clear and crystalline, with frank and fragrant olfactory sensations. To the taste, Isabel grappa remains pleasantly persistent, with an intense and articulated aromatic set. With an alcohol content of 45%, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of about 18°C. In terms of pairings, Isabel grappa is ideal after meals, as a digestif, or paired with dark chocolate.
