The sea salt flower is hand-harvested in the salt pans in front of the island of Mothia, thanks to the perfect combination of sea, sun, and wind, and a collection method handed down for millennia. The obtained salt is of excellent quality, white, soft, and naturally fine. The addition of dried orange peel gives the salt a unique aroma and flavor, capable of enhancing every dish. The product is packaged in a reusable glass jar with a cork cap, to preserve the freshness of the salt and respect the environment.
