The orange sea salt flower is part of the Re Sale d’Infersa selection, synonymous with high-quality products. The sea salt flower is hand-harvested in the salt pans in front of the island of Mothia, thanks to the perfect combination of sea, sun, and wind, and a collection method handed down for millennia. The obtained salt is of excellent quality, white, soft, and naturally fine. The addition of dried orange peel gives the salt a unique aroma and flavor, capable of enhancing every dish. The product is packaged in a reusable glass jar with a cork cap, to preserve the freshness of the salt and respect the environment.

Sosalt

Sosalt is a company with a long history that begins in 1922 with the foundation of Sies (Italian Salt Export Company) by a group of Trapani entrepreneurs traditionally linked to the salt economy. In 1989, Sosalt was founded with the goal of marketing the produced salt and in 1997, after 75 years of history, the two companies merged to form the current Sosalt SPA. From the beginning, the company aims to optimize the cultivation and collection of salt, respecting the natural ecosystem. Thanks to the vastness of its salt pans, which extend over about 800 hectares, Sosalt is able to guarantee a production potential of about 100,000 tons of salt. The company, present on national and European markets, is committed to controlling all stages of the production process, ensuring the highest quality and integrity of the precious trace elements contained in the sea salt crystal, such as Magnesium, Fluoride, Iodine, and Potassium.
