Its creation takes place thanks to the perfect combination of sea, sun, and wind, along with a collection method handed down for millennia. This process gives birth to a fine, soft, and white salt, enriched with the unique aroma of juniperus, thyme, rosemary, dried orange peel, and black pepper. These ingredients, typical of Sicilian tradition, give the salt a distinct and versatile aromatic profile. The product is provided in a reusable glass jar with a cork cap, to ensure maximum freshness and respect for the environment.
