Sciacca salted anchovies in brine – Hand processed
The fish used for these salted anchovies comes from the Mediterranean Sea and is processed directly in Sciacca, Sicily, using carefully selected sea salt from the Trapani salt pans. The anchovies are processed the same day they are caught to ensure freshness and quality.
