When ordering from the website we only ship to most European countries (including Switzerland and the UK). If you want to have the package delivered to a country outside Europe, you must contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to send the package all over the world.

The shipping cost may increase in case of remote areas. Couriers charge an extra fee for delivery. If this is necessary we will contact you for a possible refund of the order or for payment of the extra charge.
After placing the order with immediate payment, the shipment will be carried out on the first available working day.
The package will then be entrusted to the express courier who will take care of delivering it to the indicated address in 2 days in Italy. Shipping time to most European countries is 3/6 days.
In order to guarantee maximum quality, any order for fresh products (e.g. cheese) will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Delivery times may be longer in remote areas. If you place an order during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter) the delivery time may be longer.
Enter the address you are sure it is always manned.
The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order. Every time, check all your details (especially house number, number on the intercom, post code). We ask you to be as precise as possible.
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, you can add a new address, both at the time of the order and by logging into your account. Likewise, the addresses are always editable.
The quality of our packaging is very high and this makes us fall within the strictest security measures required by express couriers all over the world.
Obviously, the management of shipments requires compliance with HACCP procedures relating to food safety.
To ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, we use suitable packaging for the protection and conservation of the products.
Renda.net offers its customers a selection of “fresh” products such as meats, cheeses, bottarga and various.
To ensure the cold chain, we pack orders in special packaging such as thermal bags and isothermal food containers that allow, thanks to the insertion of ice gel, to maintain the temperature. The amount of ice placed inside the thermal packaging varies according to the delivery location and seasonal temperatures. For this reason, the prices of fresh products could be increased.
When the cold chain is not necessary, we pack orders in corrugated cardboard boxes, which protects the products from shocks.
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, mostly from 9:00 to 18:00. To facilitate the delivery, if you can, please give us an address where someone is always present to collect the shipment, for example an office or a shop you trust.
If you should receive a damaged or tampered package or a partial delivery, highlight this anomaly by writing the word “RESERVE” on the delivery note that the courier will have you sign, then describing the anomaly (e.g. damaged package, wet package, non-original packaging or adhesive tape without the Renda mark). Immediately inform Renda’s Customer Service through the contact page, attaching photos of the damage, non-original packaging, etc.. To make it easier to send photos, you can contact us via messenger, whatsapp or email.
If the products are damaged we will issue a refund.
