You are entitled to cancel an order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period for cancellation of an order is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the moment a specified third party, who is not a carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of the decision by means of a written request with your name, surname and order number.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the order and no fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions

In order for products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The products have been purchased no more than 14 days ago
  • The products are not consumed. For example, if you open a bottle of wine and it tastes corked, close it immediately. Opened and half consumed products will not be accepted.
  • When the courier delivers and you notice the damaged package you have to accept it with “RESERVE” otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • The refund request is made by email to support@renda.net

Returning products

You are responsible for the risk of returning the products. The products must be packaged in such a way as to protect the products during the return journey.

This below is our return address but you will not need it. After receiving your return request, we will send you a label to affix to the parcel. The cost of shipping and the creation of the label will then be borne by us.

We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products.

Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card worth the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.

If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift purchaser received the products directly, we will send a refund directly to the purchaser.
