Made with natural leavening using live sourdough and a 36-hour rest, this panettone has a soft, airy texture that’s easily stringy when cut. The dough features candied Sicilian orange peel and sultanas, which, flavored with Marsala DOP and Zibibbo IGP, offer warm, enveloping notes without excessive alcohol. No icing, no topping: the deliciousness lies in the clean flavors and the balance between butter, natural vanilla, and the lively citrus.
