This panettone is made using a natural 36-hour leavening process, with live sourdough and selected ingredients of the highest quality. The soft, aromatic dough is enriched with sweet, fragrant sultanas, without candied citrus fruits, to bring out the toasted flavour of Sicilian almonds. The surface is entirely covered with a thick, crunchy almond icing, decorated with whole Avola almonds and sugar sprinkles, which add texture and an irresistible baked aroma.
