Apricot and chocolate panettone – Covered with hazelnut frosting and leaves

Soft and airy dough naturally leavened for 36 hours, prepared with select ingredients and kneaded slowly to preserve its aroma and fragrance. Inside, diced candied apricots lend a fruity sweetness and a hint of acidity that balances the full flavor of Modica PGI chocolate, present in light flakes that melt in the mouth. The surface is embellished with a delicate white glaze and a sprinkling of toasted hazelnut grains, adding a crunchy, toasted note.
