Produced in Erice, Sicily, by producer Nino Castiglione, Florio bluefin tuna is packaged in 300 g cans using an artisanal process that preserves its integrity and quality. The hand-cut slices are carefully laid out and left to mature for at least three months, allowing them to develop a complex and refined aromatic profile.

Preserved in olive oil and sea salt, the tuna is compact, flavourful and rich in aroma. It is caught in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO zone 37) using sustainable techniques (purse seine nets) and is certified dolphin safe. This guarantees respect for the marine environment and the protection of protected species.
