Made from 100% Sicilian cherry tomatoes, carefully selected and processed within a few hours of harvesting, this concentrate reaches 28° Brix, ensuring a creamy texture and a flavour that perfectly balances sweetness and acidity. The recipe is pure simplicity: just tomato and salt — gluten-free, with no preservatives or additives. Its high lycopene content, a natural antioxidant, makes it not only delicious but also healthy.
