This condiment is made with boned sardine fillets immersed in a traditional green sauce made from chopped wild fennel, which lends a fresh, herbaceous aroma. The sautéed onion adds sweetness, while the raisins and black Corinthian raisins add the typical sweet and sour contrast that characterizes the original Palermo version of the dish.

The condiment comes in a 195g glass jar, preserving its aroma and freshness.
