Honeycomb honey – Organic, artisanal, gluten free
Honey in honeycomb is the purest essence of hive production. Differently from common honey, it does not change during processing and extraction: in fact, the wax that closes the cells of the hive is removed and the honey is extracted pure without being heated or filtered. With this method, honey, propolis and royal jelly contained inside the honeycomb are preserved intact. So, the honey in honeycomb is certified organic excellence and is characterized by its beneficial properties (antiseptic and antimicrobial, rich in vitamins and antioxidants). Its texture is rougher and affects the taste sensations on the palate: the honey is more structured, with a more persistent taste but less sweet.
