Extra virgin olive oil 3 litres – Organic, PDO
Our EVO Oil is the result of the wise selection of Nocellara, Biancolilla, and Cerasuola olives, cultivated and harvested in the fertile soil of the Trapani Valleys. The oil, cold-pressed and unfiltered to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic properties, is characterised by an acidity rate of less than 0.5%. It has obtained organic and PDO certifications, testifying to the quality of the product and respect for local traditions.
Visually, the oil is an intense green colour with golden reflections and a dense and velvety consistency. Its aroma recalls olives, hay, and cut herbs, a bouquet of scents that blend in the mouth with a perfect balance of sweet, bitter, and spicy. The persistent finish and richness of aromatic nuances make this oil a true treasure of Sicilian wine and food tradition.
