Dried black olive powder – Clean flavour, contemporary finish
Made from 100% dried and ground Nocellara black olives, with no additives, this powder is produced from selected olives that are slowly dried to preserve their aroma and natural dark colour. The flavour profile is intense, with a balanced savouriness and a slight bitter note reminiscent of ripe olives and the Mediterranean. The fine grain size ensures a uniform release of flavour and precise dosing: half a teaspoon per serving is enough to finish tartares, pasta dishes, grain salads, seasonal side dishes, compound butters and fresh cheeses. Used raw or at the end of cooking, it also works well in breadcrumb coatings and doughs, helping to limit the addition of salt thanks to its intrinsic savouriness and adding a contemporary touch to dishes.
