Made exclusively from 100% wild fennel leaves dried at low temperature, this powder preserves the essential oils and gives a clean, persistent bouquet. Its fine grain size blends quickly with seasonings and doughs, enhancing hot and cold dishes with a gentle aroma that does not overpower other flavours. It is free from additives and added flavourings, ready to use and easy to measure out: half a teaspoon per serving is often enough to enhance mackerel, salmon, cuttlefish or salt cod, baked potatoes, cereal and couscous salads, as well as mayonnaise, whipped ricotta and emulsions.
