Sublime, Mazara red prawn grains – A gourmet touch from the Mediterranean

Made from freshly caught and freeze-dried red prawns, these granules retain their aroma, coral red colour and nutritional value. The Rosso di Mazara recipe is simple and contemporary: 97% freeze-dried red prawns with a touch of lemon, thyme and mint for a clean, savoury and harmonious flavour, with no added sulphites. The fine texture melts with heat or remains crunchy on the finish, releasing marine notes with citrus and herbaceous accents. Suggestions for use: 1–2 g per serving to cream spaghetti “al burro di mare”, finish tartares and carpaccios, complete veloutés and roasted vegetables, flavour savoury brioche bread or savoury pastry shortcrust. A natural, versatile and ready-to-use product.
