Mothia salt – Whole fine sea salt

Produced using traditional methods, Mozia wholemeal salt is derived from the natural evaporation of pure seawater from Sicilian salt pans. The combined action of sun, wind and skilful manual processing makes this salt particularly rich in essential trace elements, giving it an intense aroma that naturally enhances the flavour of dishes.
