The Fiasconaro family’s story is one of passion for authentic Sicilian confectionery of the highest quality. In the medieval village of Castelbuono, in the heart of the Madonie Park, the company was founded in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro, famous for its granitas made with ice from the local snowfields. Since then, the business has grown to become an international reference of haute patisserie made in Sicily, with products sold in over 60 countries. Today, the third generation of the family continues this tradition with dedication, keeping unchanged the care in the choice of raw materials, the craftsmanship of the workmanship and the love for their land.
