Passito di Noto – White Muscat, Noto DOC

Planeta’s Passito di Noto is a dessert wine of ancient and noble origins, born from white Muscat grapes grown in the heart of Sicily. The harvest takes place at the end of August, followed by a drying process of 40 days that gives the wine extraordinary aromatic complexity. This process results in a wine with a brilliant golden yellow color, able to give the palate intense notes of papaya, yellow fruit, candied orange, orange blossoms, ginger, and almond hints. At the sip, the Passito di Noto is sweet and well balanced, with a pleasant fruity persistence.
